Where the heck is Slater, MO.? Slater is located between Kansas City and St. Louis, north of Interstate 70. It is 45 minutes Northwest of Columbia, MO. Go to www.mapquest.com for a map or directions. The closest address is 432 W Lincoln St. Put this address in at mapquest or google it and you will get directions and a map to the event. Parking is on the side streets and in the GE parking lots. |
| CAMPING Free primitive camping is available in Slater City Park across from the festival on a first come first serve basis on the left, back & right side of the swimming pool. City of Slater does have a leash law and pets aren't allowed in the festival grounds. There are two sets of bathrooms, one at the entrance to the festival and one behind the kiddie park. NO fires are to be set on the ground. Grills are allowed and coolers are allowed in the campgrounds only. www.cityofslater.com 14 campsites available at the Only Way Fishing Club in Slater. Call the Slater City Offices for more info 660-529-2271. Arrow Rock is 15 miles away and has primitive and hookups available. www.arrowrock.org or www.mostateparks.com. There are also several bed & breakfast Inns in the Arrow Rock area that are listed at the Arrow Rock website. |

TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR $15 AT SLATER CITY HALL UNTIL 5:00 PM FRIDAY JUNE 24 2:00 PM JUNE 25 AT VOX BOX IN MARSHALL AND VIDEO VISIONS IN SLATER GATES OPEN AT 3:00 AND GATE PRICES WILL BE $20 FOR 13 & OLDER, AGES 5-12, $6 AND 4 & UNDER ARE FREE!!! |
